Moodle is a platform for managing online courses. It is highly customizable and allows the teacher to organize content, activities, resources, questionnaires, tasks, etc. to offer its students a rich online training experience. In addition, there are many plugins that can be added depending on the needs that users express to us.
Our platform is available to facilitate the development of training activities of our affiliates, either in internal training, as support for their teaching activities or collaborative work with international partners, for example.

MAHARA – will disappear!-
Since 2008, i2basque has offered the Mahara portfolio and social network as a service because it was an open-source and free web application, but in 2023, its upgrades became subject to a fee, and it appears that this change will be permanent. Therefore, we have decided to abandon the project.
We will leave the current installation available to users for a while so that they can extract their data, and by the summer of 2026, we will proceed to remove it.
As an alternative to the features offered by Mahara, we have installed on our Moodle portal the Exabis portfolio plugin (and complementing it with the Exabis competencies and Exabis student review plugins), which, although not as comprehensive, can serve the same purposes.
